The collision occurred around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Smith-Enke Road and Porter Road, drawing a swift response from local police, fire, and emergency medical personnel.

Upon arrival, first responders found that a Yamaha motorcycle and a Tesla sedan had collided. The impact was severe, causing Demetry to be ejected from his motorcycle.
