It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Adelia Garcia, age 32, and her beloved young son, who tragically lost their lives on November 1, 2025, in Livingston, Texas.

Adelia and her son were discovered late Saturday night along the U.S. 59 bypass after authorities found their vehicle parked near the John Deere dealership. The devastating news has left family, friends, and the local community in mourning as they try to come to terms with the loss of two lives gone far too soon.

Adelia was a devoted mother and a kindhearted woman who radiated warmth, love, and compassion. She was known for her beautiful smile, her caring nature, and her unwavering dedication to her family. Her son was her pride and joy — a bright, loving child who filled her world with laughter and happiness. Together, they were inseparable and shared an unbreakable bond.

In a touching tribute, Adelia’s sister, Abby, wrote:
