Paducah, Ky. — The Paducah community is mourning the tragic loss of Michelle Buhler, 30, who passed away Sunday afternoon following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Blandville Road and McKendree Church Road in McCracken County.
Michelle was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Lee Turner when they encountered slowed traffic. In an effort to avoid a rear-end collision, Turner briefly entered the westbound lane and was struck by a 2005 Ram 1500 pickup operated by Amy Krieger, 51, of Jackson, Missouri. Michelle sustained severe injuries and, despite immediate medical attention, was pronounced deceased at a local hospital. Turner, Krieger, and the three children traveling with Michelle were not injured.
Friends, neighbors, and the Paducah community remember Michelle as a caring, devoted, and loving individual whose life was centered around her family and children. Her sudden passing has left a deep and painful void for all who knew her.
During this difficult time, authorities and emergency responders asked the community to keep Michelle’s family and children in their thoughts and prayers. The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
Michelle Buhler will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with everyone around her. Though her life was tragically cut short, the memories of her compassion and spirit will remain in the hearts of her loved ones.
Rest in Peace, Michelle Buhler
Forever loved, forever remembered by the Paducah community.
