The Virginia Beach community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of David German, 47, who tragically passed away following a crash on Friday evening, October 31, 2025.

According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, David was riding northbound along Cypress Avenue on his electric dirt bike when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a light pole. Emergency responders rushed him to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but despite all efforts to save him, David sadly succumbed to his injuries.

David German was known to many as a kindhearted and hardworking man who deeply cared for those around him. Friends describe him as someone who could light up a room with his smile and bring laughter wherever he went. His passing leaves behind a void that will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
