According to police, officers responded around 12:40 a.m. to the 3300 block of Bladensburg Road, where Chester was found suffering from severe injuries after being struck by a vehicle. Despite the tireless efforts of first responders, he was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver involved remained on-site and is cooperating with investigators.
