TROY, N.Y. — The city of Troy is mourning the tragic loss of 59-year-old Gregory D. Browne, who was fatally struck by a vehicle on Wednesday evening, October 29th, in Colonie. The devastating incident occurred around 7:59 p.m. near 622 Watervliet Shaker Road, drawing an immediate response from emergency personnel.
When first responders arrived, they found Browne with severe injuries. Despite the quick efforts of Colonie EMS, Gregory was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his family and friends in deep sorrow.
